At Skarts – Kashmir Arts Showroom, we strive to make your shopping experience simple, secure, and transparent. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Product Authenticity
All products sold by Skarts are authentic and handcrafted by skilled Kashmiri artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, design, or texture may occur, which adds to their uniqueness.
2. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Order Placement
- Orders can be placed through our website or directly at our showroom in Delhi.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or message with the order details.
- Skarts reserves the right to cancel orders in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent transactions. Any amount paid will be refunded in such cases.
4. Payment Terms
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure payment methods.
- For online purchases, full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
- For showroom purchases, cash and card payments are accepted.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days, depending on product availability.
- Delivery timelines vary based on location. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays).
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details on returns and refunds.
