Refund & Return Policy

At Skarts – Kashmir Arts Showroom, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the authenticity and exclusivity of our handcrafted products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Time Frame for Returns

You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting our support team.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us photos/videos of the item within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.
